The Role
Prepare and present quality meals across bistro, sports bar and functions.
Work alongside an experienced Head Chef and kitchen team.
Maintain high food safety and quality standards.
Contribute to daily specials and menu ideas.
About You
Qualified Chef with commercial kitchen experience.




Reliable, organised and passionate about great food.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
Available to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
