Synergie is seeking a Part Time Freight Handler for the logistics industry located in Cairns.
The key parts:
Immediate start.
Part time position available - 6am - 10am Monday to Friday -
Part time = $ or Casual rate = $ (possible prospect for more hours - penalty rates will apply if working weekends & outside of normal hours)
Location: Cairns Airport
What you will be required to do:
Driving and working airside and in the shed at Cairns Airport sorting freight, collecting freight from aircraft (this is not a baggage handling role)
Loading and unloading freighters as part of a team.
Delivery driving animals and urgent freight in the Cairns and North Qld area as required.
To be successful in the role you must:
Forklift ticket and driver's licence
Must undergo a drug and alcohol test and security background checks for an Aviation ASIC Pass




Have Permanent Residency status as this is a Permanent role.
This role would suit someone looking for part time hours (student or semi retired person) - with possible opportunity for more hours in busy periods.
