As our Reservations & Property Support Assistant, you'll work across both our Reservations and Property Services teams, supporting the entire guest journey from booking through to departure.
This is a permanent part time position workingMonday, Friday and Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
On each of your rostered days, you will also participate in anafter-hours on-call support arrangement from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
During this time, you are free to continue with your normal activities but must remain available to provide telephone support to our team if required.
Any time worked during the on-call period is paid in addition to your ordinary hours at the applicable overtime or penalty rates under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.
Your responsibilities will include responding to guest and owner enquiries, managing reservations across multiple booking platforms, coordinating cleaning and maintenance requirements,
monitoring guest payments, assisting with damage claims, communicating operational updates between departments and helping ensure every property is ready for arriving guests.
You'll also contribute to improving internal procedures, maintaining accurate records and supporting the continuous improvement of our guest experience.
