About the Role
This role is focused on servicing, fault finding and repairs.
You'll be working locally across the Illawarra, supported by a strong service and admin team that values doing the job right the first time.
This is a long-term chance for a technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a stable, professional company.
Key Responsibilities
Service, diagnose and repair air conditioning systems
Attend breakdowns and provide effective fault-finding solutions
Complete service reports and job documentation accurately
Communicate professionally with customers,



suppliers and team members
Maintain high safety, quality and presentation standards
Represent Climax on site in a professional manner at all times
About You
You're a reliable, self-motivated technician who enjoys working independently but values being part of a supportive team.

Skills & Experience Required
Trade qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician
CurrentARCtick licence
CurrentNSW Driver's Licence
Experience in residential and/or commercial service work
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
