The RoleThe Distribution Team Leader takes ownership of the day-to-day coordination of domestic and export distribution whilst leading a team.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being close to operations while also thinking about process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:Leading and coaching a team of three Distribution OfficersCoordinating domestic and export distributionLiaising with warehousing,



transport providers and manufacturing sitesMonitoring logistics and service performanceResolving delivery and distribution issuesIdentifying opportunities for process improvementActing as the key escalation point for distribution matters
About YouSupervisory or team leadership experience in distribution, customer service or logisticsExperience with transport providers and warehousingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsA people-focused leadership styleExcellent organisational skills
