Role Description:
We are looking for an experiencedConveyancerto join our dynamic team of conveyancing specialists at Hill Legal and also that of our other business eConvey.
Do you have years of experience as a conveyancer or simply enthusiastic and looking for a chance to showcase your current skills, learn current ones and embrace a new opportunity?

The role isflexibleto suit either someone looking forfull-time, or someone who would like to workpart-time during school hours.




The ability to work across both our businesses will give the successful candidate exposure to a broad range of conveyancing clients and the ability to benefit from a valuable mix of experience and knowledge to be shared with our existing team of conveyancing experts.
Your key qualifications should include:
Independence: You must be capable (or become capable) of independently managing files from start to finish, with minimal assistance.
Tech-Savvy: Experience using Smokeball, PEXA and Duties Online is desirable but not essential, along with the Microsoft Office suite.
You love being part of a team and are happy to help:We want someone who is positive and upbeat and someone that is always happy to help out their team members or clients no matter what.
Any experience with subdivisions, easements, complex stamp duty assessments, commercial and industrial transactions would be an added bonus (but not required).
