Receive, process, and manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with accuracy and professionalismProvide comprehensive product and service information to customers and internal stakeholdersSupport the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentationMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems and CRM softwareFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptlyAssist in organizing sales materials, inventory information,

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Upper Secondary School education or equivalentProven experience in customer service or sales support rolesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn CRM softwareSound understanding of sales procedures, order processing, and customer management systemsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor with a customer-focused mindsetStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
