Employing over 120 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA.
Reynella Mazda is looking for a Full Time - Receptionist.
We are currently seeking a full time role Receptionist to join our growing team.
The role would report directly to the CFO and would be responsible for a number of varied administrative duties.
The successful applicant will be assisting:
Answering inbound calls.
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Registering Vehicles
Processing deals
Banking
Reconciliation of Creditors
Other Ad Hoc tasks as required
The successful applicant will;
Be energetic and proactive.
Customer first approach
Work well within a team.
Preferably have some experience in a similar position
Be a self-starter who is able to work autonomously.
Be able to successfully multitask.
Have computer literacy.
