Glass Co Metro is a locally owned boutique glazing business based in Canning Vale, specialising in Australian-designed bespoke glass, wardrobe, and aluminium products.
Due to continued growth, we are seekingtwo reliable and skilled Assemblersto join our production team.
Positions Available:
Assembler B – Wardrobe Assembly
Ideal for someone with experience assembling wardrobes, cabinetry, aluminium systems, or similar factory-based products.
Assembler A – Experienced Shower Screen & Wardrobe Assembler
For an experienced candidate with previous hands-on experience in shower screens, wardrobes, glazing, aluminium fabrication, or related manufacturing.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the accurate assembly and production of our custom-made products, including:
Wardrobe assembly and component installation.
Shower screen assembly and preparation.
Aluminium frame and product assembly.
Glass handling, processing, and quality checks.
Using hand tools and power tools safely.
Reading measurements and following production requirements.
Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised factory workplace.




Assisting with general factory duties as required.
About You
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in wardrobe assembly, shower screens, glazing, aluminium fabrication, windows and doors, or a similar manufacturing environment.
Positive attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Ability to safely handle glass and finished products.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Current C Class Driver's Licence (preferred).
A trade qualification in glazing, glass processing, cabinet making, or aluminium fabrication is highly regarded but not essential.
