An opportunity exists to join our Regional VIC Team supporting our Shapparton, Deniliquin and Barnawartha Depots.
The scheduler position is responsible for:-
Working with our fleet to schedule deliveries to customers whilst adhering to our policies and procedures
Assisting our customers with enquiries and delivery requests
Assisting operators with scheduling and operational queries
Liaising with our customers regarding delivery schedules and service requirements




Ensuring productive utilisation of fleet resources while maintaining high levels of customer service
The ideal candidate will have:-
Exceptional customer service skills
A strong attention to detail
Great telephone manner
The ability to communicate with customers and team members at all levels
A good geographical knowledge of Victoria
A sound understanding of Microsoft Office products
Previous experience in scheduling a fleet of vehicles doing multiple deliveries each day
Experience in the following areas will be favourably considered:-
An understanding of Protected Work Method Statements
An understanding of Standard Fatigue Management
Experience within transport, logistics, fuel distributuion, or related industries
Training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful candidate.
