We are seeking an organised and motivated HR Admin to join our client's growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising through to offer stage.
Coordinating onboarding and induction programs.
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Supporting managers with HR-related enquiries.
Assisting with HR projects and general administration.
Providing reception support when required.
What You'll Need:
Previous recruitment, administration or customer service experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
A genuine interest in Human Resources
Highly Regarded:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred.
Experience with HRIS and Time & Attendance systems
