Key responsibilities

- Inspect and identify pests on customer premises
- Perform pest eradication and prevention activities
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Provide sound advice to customers regarding on-site pest issues
- Utilise advanced technology for SMART pest control
- Undertake both theory and practical training




- Assist and work under the supervision of a licensed technician
- Adhere to all WHS practices and policies
- Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities
- Present professionally with exceptional customer service skills

Position requirements

- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
- Ability to travel and start immediately
- Pest control licence preferred but not essential — training provided for the right candidate
- Proficiency in mobile technology
- Good physical fitness and health (capable of working in crawl spaces and roof spaces)
- Demonstrates maturity, responsibility, and self-motivation to work independently when required
