Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Web Designer with at least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and a robust background in working with overseas clients (U.S., U.K., Canada, or Australia). This is a project-based remote role focused on building and managing membership and e-learning websites.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following tools:
- Word Press
- Beaver Builder
- Member Press
- Pay Pal
- Stripe
- Active Campaign
These platforms form the core of the projects infrastructure, expertise is essential to ensure seamless integration, a smooth user experience, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain websites using Word Press and Beaver Builder
- Set up and manage membership systems with Member Press
- Integrate secure payment gateways (Pay Pal and Stripe)
- Implement automated email workflows and CRM functions using Active Campaign
- Collaborate with international clients and meet project deadlines
- Troubleshoot and optimize websites as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Demonstrated success working with U.S., U.K., or Canada-based clients
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
