The Trustee for RR Family Investment Trust T/As Dishoom Bombay Indian Restaurant is a well-established Indian restaurant in the Joondalup WA 6027 offering authentic Indian cuisine for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. We serve a diverse menu of traditional Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, vegetarian options, and more — with a focus on quality and a vibrant customer experience.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure the smooth daily running of our restaurant. The successful candidate will oversee staff, deliver excellent customer service, manage operations, and help drive business growth in a busy hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service quality.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support front‐of‐house staff to provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage reservations, customer inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies, including beverages, tableware, and dining consumables.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Support budgeting, track sales performance,



control operational costs, and identify ways to improve profitability.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required

- Proven minimum 1–2 year of full‐time experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Robust leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and operational cost management.
- Experience with point‐of‐sale (POS) systems and restaurant reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
