This newly expanded role sits within the Retail Experience Leasing (REL) team, supporting a national portfolio of casual and short term retail leasing agreements.

In this role, you will
- Prepare and issue invoices for license agreements, including multi site and national agreements, and set up new partners in Vision
- Support arrears follow up and reconciliations, and assist with month end reporting
- Maintain accurate license agreement records and help ensure compliance with policy and relevant legislation
- Liaise with Retail Lease Executives, National Partners and clients on billing and payment queries
- Help maintain REL databases and systems, and support audits with documentation
About you
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in Excel
- Some experience in administration, finance support or reconciliations
- A proactive, can do approach to problem solving
- Clear, skilled communication with a range of stakeholders
