KAEFER Integrated Services is expanding our scaffolding teams and we’re looking for Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders to support safe access solutions across major maintenance and project works in Mackay and Bowen Basin. These roles offer strong stability, consistent work, and the chance to be part of a high‑performing, safety‑driven team.

Hay Point

What’s on offer:

- Monday–Friday roster (local Mackay role, no accommodation provided)
- Casual ongoing work with immediate start

What you’ll bring:

- Experience in heavy industrial or mining environments
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work efficiently across fast‑paced operational areas

Goonyella – Permanent Maintenance

What’s on offer:

- Permanent full‑time position
- 4/3 roster (three 12‑hour days + one 10‑hour day)
- Travel provided from Mackay to Moranbah
- Weekly pay and reliable employment
- Work within a high‑performing, safety‑driven maintenance team

What you’ll bring:

- Previous mine‑site or heavy industrial experience




- Strong safety focus and ability to follow strict procedures
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work within a permanent crew

Essential Tickets/ Requirements (Both Positions)

- High Risk Work License (SI or SA Class)
- Driver's License
- Australian Working Rights
- OHS Construction Card
- Working at Heights and in Confined Space
- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
