In this hands-on role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring thesafety, reliability, and performance of mining equipmentthrough advanced non-destructive testing methods.
Working closely with the Workshop Manager and key stakeholders, you'll inspect, assess, and report on equipment integrity - helping prevent failures, reduce downtime, and maintain the highest safety standards across operations.

What your day will look like:
Conductnon-destructive testing (NDT)on machine components to detect surface and subsurface defects
Select appropriate testing methods in line withindustry standards
Compile detailedinspection reportsand maintain accurate job records




Work collaboratively with maintenance teams and stakeholders
Operate and maintain specialised NDT equipment
Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and compliance requirements

Excellentmechanical aptitudeand attention to detail
Confident communication skills with the ability to engage small teams
A proactive approach to safety and teamwork
