We are looking for a motivatedDental Receptionistto join our growing team at Dental Solutions Kalgoorlie.
Previous dental reception experience is highly preferred; however, we are also happy to consider candidates with no dental experience who have a positive attitude, are eager to learn, and have excellent customer service skills.
About You

Responsibilities
Greeting patients with a warm and welcoming smile.
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
Scheduling and managing appointments.
Processing payments and handling accounts.




Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality.
Coordinating with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Following up with patients regarding appointments and treatment.
Providing exceptional customer service at every patient interaction.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience as a dental receptionist is highly regarded.
Experience with dental software (such as D4W) is an advantage but not essential.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
