Western Tree Recyclers is seeking an experienced and reliable Grinder/ Mulcher Operator
to join our team based in Postans.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate horizontal grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Monitor production and material quality.
Work closely with site supervisors and other plant operators.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Experience operating grinding equipment or similar heavy machinery.
Current driver's licence (HR licence preferred).
Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
