Key
responsibilities include, but are not limited
to:
Effective Supervision - Lead and motivate a team of
rental store technicians to achieve operational
excellence
Ensure all team members are properly trained and
adhere to company policies and procedures
High-Level Communication - Maintain open lines of
communication with team members, management,



and
customers
Ensure transparent and concise information flow and
resolve any issues promptly
Safety Assurance - Develop, implement, and monitor
safety plans for all work carried out
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions
to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best
practices
Skills and
experience required include:
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader
role, preferably in a rental, construction, or
industrial environment would be an advantage
Relevant trade qualification essential.
(Heavy
Vehicle, Light Vehicle, Auto Electrical trades
encouraged to apply)
Current and valid driver's and High-risk Forklift
licence essential
Excellent communication skills and the ability to
convey technical information clearly
Willingness to adapt and learn new
technologies
Proficiency in using computer systems and
software
