We are seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Mixing Operator to join our food manufacturing team. This role is responsible for accurately preparing and mixing ingredients in line with production specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. The position operates under regular supervision and plays a key role in meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate mixing and blending equipment according to production instructions and schedules.
- Accurately measure, weigh, and combine ingredients to meet product specifications.
- Monitor mixtures to ensure correct texture, consistency, and quality standards are achieved.
- Record batch details and report any deviations or quality concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of mixing areas, equipment, and tools in line with food safety requirements.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve daily output targets.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
- Comfortable working independently under supervision.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a quick‑paced environment.
