The Role
We're seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our High Wycombe workshop.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday day-shift position with overall responsibility for workshop operations, asset performance, and team leadership.
Reporting into the Maintenance Services Manager, you will oversee Workshop Supervisors and their teams, ensuring all maintenance, and repair activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What We're Looking For




Trade qualification in mechanical, heavy diesel, or related discipline
Demonstrated experience in aWorkshop Manager or Senior Supervisor role, ideally within mining or heavy industry
Proven ability to lead Supervisors and manage multi-disciplinary workshop teams
Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, costs, and performance metrics
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
