The RoleAs Assistant Venue Manager, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team to keep service sharp, standards high and the team feeling supported.You'll help lead the floor, coach staff, support day-to-day operations and bring the kind of presence that keeps a busy venue moving without losing the vibe.
What You'll Be DoingLeading shifts and setting the tone for serviceSupporting,



coaching and developing FOH team membersHelping manage bookings, walk-ins and the flow of serviceSupporting rostering, stock control, ordering and daily venue adminHandling guest feedback with confidence and careMaintaining high standards across service, product, presentation and complianceStepping up when the Venue Manager is awayBringing ideas that help improve the guest experience and venue performance
What We're Looking For1–2 years' experience in a senior team, Duty Manager or leadership roleA calm, confident presence in fast-paced serviceA genuine love for guests, teams and hospitalityStrong communication and organisation skillsA hands-on attitude and natural leadership energySomeone who knows how to keep standards high without killing the fun
