About the Role:
We are seeking motivated, hard-working and reliable fibreglass laminators & composite technicians to join our talented team.
Day to day you'll be working across our production floor on a mix of laminating, moulding, gelcoat application, finishing, and assembly.
Depending on your strengths, you may also take on gelcoat detailing and repair work (sanding, fairing, colour matching) or get involved in tooling development — building plugs, moulds, and jigs for current and existing products.
Tasks:
Fibreglass laminating, construction and assembly
Gelcoat spraying, repair, sanding, and fairing
Mould making or plug building
About you:
You may be a boat builder, shipwright, coach or caravan builder, composite fibreglass technician, factory worker or production worker.
Experience in boat building is preferred, however,



applicants with similar experience (construction / manufacturing / production) are encouraged to apply.
The successful applicants MUST have their own transport, be reliable, willing to learn and have great attention to detail.
