Position Overview
The Waitress will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth dining operations, and help create a friendly, positive atmosphere for all guests.
The ideal candidate is energetic, well-presented, and enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers in a welcoming manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve meals and drinks efficiently
Maintain table cleanliness and ensure dining areas are tidy
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service




Process payments using POS systems
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Requirements
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a busy setting
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for customer service
Availability on weekends and evenings is an advantage
