Hoopla Pakenham is a brand‐new, high‐energy venue, and we're looking for avibrant, bubbly Baristawho loves customer service and can deliver fast, consistent coffee during peak trade.
Our busiest period is9am–2pm, and we need someone who thrives in a busy, upbeat setting.
What you'll do
Produce high‐quality coffee quickly and consistently
Bring energy, warmth, and personality to every customer interaction
Maintain a clean, organised workstation




Support the FOH team during busy weekend service
Deliver friendly, efficient service that matches Hoopla's atmosphere
What we're looking for
Robust barista experience in a high‐volume café
Fast milk texturing and shot consistency
A vibrant, customer‐focused personality
Available on weekends
