TRANSPORT SCHEDULER
Tropical Waste services is looking for an organised and motivatedTransport Schedulerto join our team.
Tropical Waste Services is a locally owned and operated waste management company providing reliable total waste management solutions throughout Townsville and surrounding areas.
This position is responsibile for the day-to-day coordination of our fleet while also managing a variety of administration responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls
Scheduling multiple waste vehicle in accordance with customer requirements.
Regular reviewing and actioning of emails throughout the day, ensuring all relevant are actioned.
Managing customer data through company Scheduling app and CRM
Liaise with drivers, customers, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of transportation activities




Managing and maintaining relevant customer and driver documentation.
Develop and maintain productive and cost-effective transportation scheduling.
Qualification and Skills:
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work autonomously and apart of a team workplace.
Experience as a Transport Scheduler preferred but not required, preferably in the waste management or logistics industry.
A positive attitude, with a teamwork and customer focus!
