Branch Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivatedBranch Managerto lead the daily operations of a well-established and growing retail and trade business based in Cairns.

About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, customer service, staff management, and operational efficiency.
You will have the autonomy to grow the business while being supported by an experienced management team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a small team of staff.
Drive branch sales growth and profitability.
Build robust relationships with retail, trade and commercial customers.
Identify recent business opportunities and actively generate current sales.
Ensure outstanding customer service standards are maintained.
Manage daily branch operations, stock control and presentation.
Monitor branch performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Maintain a safe, organised and productive workplace.




About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven experience in a Branch Manager, Store Manager or Operations Manager role.
A strong background in sales and business development.
Demonstrated ability to grow sales and improve business performance.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Experience coaching and mentoring staff.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High level of motivation, initiative and accountability.
Current Australian driver's licence.
