DOMU inspectors completepre-purchase and pre-settlement inspectionsfor homes and investment properties.
Using our digital reporting system and guided templates, you'll assess the property's overall condition, including structure, maintenance issues, and visible defects.
Each inspection takes around* minutes.
You'll drive to the property, take clear widescreen photos and a short video walkthrough on your mobile phone, then upload your notes and media through our platform.
No tools, trade work, or repairs are required.
You're the objective set of eyes helping buyers and investors make confident decisions before settlement.
DOMU handles the bookings, templates, and admin so you can focus on delivering accurate, high-quality reports.

Arecomfortable using their mobile phonefor photos, videos, and short reports
Havereliable transportand are confident getting to properties in their local area
Areprofessional and punctualwhen attending bookings
Enjoy independent work with versatile scheduling
People with their own ABN / Insurance
Experience in property, building, real estate, or inspections is helpful but not essential.
Full onboarding and support are provided.
