Role Description
The Property Management Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Mount Waverley, VIC.
This position supports the end-to-end management of residential properties coordinating inspections.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include the completion of routine, entry, exit and open for inspection to a high standard.
Qualifications




Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with tenants, property owners, and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Property Management and Lease Administration skills to support daily portfolio operations and documentation accuracy.
Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to assist with leasing activities and promote available properties.
Relevant real estate or property management experience, preferably in residential property, is beneficial.
Knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation, robust organizational skills, and attention to detail are highly valued.
Proficiency with property management software and general computer applications, and a valid driver's license are advantageous.
