What De-Construct is looking for in this Role
• Supervisor experience in Civil operations
• Demonstrable technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials,
and equipment.
For example, slab and paving preparation
• Promoting, supporting, and facilitating a positive, visible teamwork attitude among all crew members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Leading crew compliance with client and company policies and procedures
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to provide direction and problem solve with your team
• Drivers Licence
• Right to work in Australia
Highly regarded but not essential;
• National Police Clearance
• DCSI Clearance
• Relevant plant operating tickets or trade tickets
• MR or HR Truck licence
