Operating from our property in Maddington we require an Administration / Accounts / Data Entry person to work with our accounts team.
The successful applicant must have robust communication and organisational skills, enthusiasm and able to work independently and in a team environment.
The Position
Full time position:Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm supporting the Accounts team.
Assisting with bank reconciliations, ensuring correct and accurate journal entries.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:Processing supplier invoices, managing client billing, and ensuring timely payments and collections.




Data Management:Updating internal databases/spreadsheets.
To be successful for this position, the applicant will ideally possess the following:
Previous experience in accounts is essential.
Knowledge of MYOB AccountRight would be a strong advantage.
Time Management.
Robust attention to detail.
Honest and Reliable.
Ability to multi-task.
Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
Able to work in a Rapid-Paced Environment.
