Our long-time head barista is moving on after four brilliant years, and we're on the hunt for someone special to take the reins of our coffee program and help lead the floor.
About the role
As our Head Barista you'll be the engine room of the venue — pouring consistently excellent coffee, setting the pace, and keeping the energy up when we get slammed.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a step-back-and-supervise one.
Own the coffee — quality, consistency and speed, every single cup
Deliver our signature table service alongside a genuinely fantastic crew
Opening and closing duties (starting at 2 days a week while you find your feet — management is always on site with you)
Read the room, prioritise like a pro,



and keep service smooth when it's flat out
Roughly 38 hours a week, set roster, excellent work-life balance for hospo
About you
A skilled, experienced barista who takes real pride in the craft
Table service knowledge and solid practical, on-the-floor experience — non-negotiable
Cool head under pressure with the ability to prioritise and keep things moving
A team player who lifts the people around you
Someone who's a bit of fun — because we don't do dull
