Sales & Administration Assistant

We are seeking a motivatedSales & Administration Assistantto join our growing food manufacturing business.
This is a diverse role that combines customer service, sales support, and general administration.
You'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare quotations, invoices and sales documentation
Maintain customer records and databases
Liaise with production, warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate orders and deliveries
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Assist with inventory and stock-related administration
General office administration and reception duties as required
About You
Previous experience in a sales support,



customer service or administration role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience with ERP or accounting software is highly regarded
Myob experience preferred but not essential
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
