About You
Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industryExperience in achieving KPI's including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shopsExcellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit,



mentor and motivate a teamStrong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandisingEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunitiesVibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitudeImpeccable grooming and personal presentation
