Job Expectations
We're looking for people based in Taree/Forster who enjoy practical, hands‐on work and are open to trying something current.
You might come from a trade, technical background, or any role where you work with your hands.
Experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, construction, civils, hospitality, customer service, manufacturing, and similar industries has all thrived in this position.
Responsibilities
Complete a variety of tasks across different nbn technologies, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Install copper or fibre cabling and set up customer equipment.
Identify and fix faults, ensuring customers feel supported and informed throughout the process.
Work independently while managing your workload and delivering quality work.
Apply safe work practices consistently and follow nbn's safety procedures.
Work Hours
Working hours are between 7am and 7pm, with flexibility based on business needs.
Qualifications
No prior telecommunications experience is required; on‐the‐job training will be provided.




Strong commitment to safety and clear communication skills.
Current, clean Driver's Licence.
Full working rights in Australia.
Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to undertake a Criminal History Check and a Pre‐Employment Medical Assessment.
