Sorrento Golf Club are currently recruiting for a full time Leading Hand to join our high performing maintenance team.
The successful applicant will be a team player, enthusiastic, motivated and possess a strong work ethic.
This is an exciting chance for an ambitious Greenskeeper to take the next step on their qualified journey as they progress to Foreman and Assistant Superintendent roles.
Applicants will ideally possess the following skills, experience and attributes.
Qualifications and Skills - (Groundskeeper - Full time)
Certificate 3 in Sports Turf Management
Experience operating all turf equipment
Chemical qualification and spraying experience
Experience with hand watering greens
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Understanding of OH&S; compliance and requirements
Current driver's license
Underpinned by the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award ,

An industry leading base annual salary of $76,000 rate plus an ability to earn up to $10k-$15k in paid overtime and superannuation is being offered to successful candidates.
This role will also attract a bonus payment upon achievement of agreed KPI's and staff gratuity for exceptional performance.
As well as an attractive remuneration package you will get access to the Golf Course and onsite gym.
