ABOUT THE ROLE
As a part of the 2IC role, you will be responsible partnering with the Store Manager in driving sales and building a team first culture and drive results for your store.
In your role you will help:
Create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
Ensure all KPI's are met with a robust focus on the customer journey
Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives
Provide stock feedback and manage the store's inventory

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded retail professional who have proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams.
You will have:
The ability to lead by example
A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience




High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships
Solid business acumen and the desire to develop your career in retail
