IQ Construction is a growing commercial builder delivering high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio.
We're seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Site Supervisor to take ownership of in office operations and help deliver outstanding project outcomes.
About the Role
You'll lead day-to-day site activities, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll drive site performance, maintain strong stakeholder communication, and keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
Manage trades, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
Monitor project progress, programme milestones and site productivity
Ensure works meet drawings, specifications, contract and quality standards
Conduct site inspections and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain site safety compliance and WHS standards
Keep accurate site records and reporting




Support procurement and review subcontractor/supplier invoices
Attend client and stakeholder site meetings
About You
5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction
Previous experience building Daycare Centres projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes and safety requirements
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Experience with Beams Software is advantageous
Confident reading and interpreting plans and specifications
Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant trade or building qualifications (preferred)
