Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from quote through to delivery, invoicing, and completion.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on order status and delivery timelines.
Coordinate freight, shipments, and supplier communications to ensure on-time delivery.
Work closely with sales, technical, operations, and project teams to support order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records and prepare customer documentation and reports.
Provide general administration and office support while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Experience in administration, customer service,



internal sales, or order processing.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Benefits & Salary
$80,000 - $90,000 + Super, depending on experience.
Permanent full time position based in Jandakot with onsite parking.
