We're seeking an experienced Technical Senior Business Analyst to support two major enterprise technology initiatives focused on Microsoft Tenancy Separation and Cloud Security (Checkpoint CloudGuard).
This is a highly technical BA role requiring solid cloud, infrastructure and security knowledge.
You'll work closely with Architects, Infrastructure teams and external vendors to define technical requirements, develop Statements of Work, shape future-state service models and support delivery through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse current and future state cloud and infrastructure settings.
Define technical requirements, non-functional requirements and solution specifications.
Produce Requests for Service and Statements of Work for external vendors.
Support Microsoft tenancy separation, identity management and service transition activities.




Work with architects and vendors on CloudGuard implementation and cloud security uplift.
Collaborate with testing teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience working as a Technical Business Analyst
Solid stakeholder engagement and technical documentation skills.
AWS Cloud Services and platform/infrastructure design.
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
Identity & Access Management (IDAM), RBAC and multi-tenancy.
Cloud infrastructure, security and platform architecture.
Vendor management, commercial engagements and procurement documentation.
Service delivery, operational readiness and transition.
