The Team at Live Big are currently looking for full time or part time (3 days per week minimum) Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our passionate and supportive Perth team (anywhere south of the river).
What You'll Do
Collaborate with a team that shares your drive, supports your growth and values your voice.
Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities
Maintain detailed and accurate client records
Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members to ensure productive and effective best practice.
Deliver supports in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidelines e.g NDIS Practice Standards.

Ideal candidates have:
NDIS Registration as a PBS Practitioner - Core upwards (may consider suitable reg with extensive relevant experience)
Ideally a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
A driver's license and your own vehicle
WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
Previous NDIS and community experience is desirable!
