The Role
As Café Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, leading the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service, and working closely with the kitchen and owners to drive business success.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
Manage staff rosters, recruitment, and training
Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers
Handle customer feedback professionally and positively
Drive sales and support marketing initiatives
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
About You
Proven experience in a café or hospitality management role
Robust leadership and communication skills
Passion for customer service and team development
Barista experience highly regarded
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods
