About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivatedTraffic Controller / Labourerto join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role that combines traffic management duties with general civil labouring tasks across a variety of projects.
You will play a key role in maintaining safe work zones while supporting our crews in office.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage traffic control setups in accordance with approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
Operate stop/slow bat and ensure safe vehicle and pedestrian movement
Assist with site setup, pack-down, and general labouring duties
Support civil & landscaoe construction activities (excavation, concreting, paving, drainage, etc.)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members
About You
Valid WZTM Ticket (essential)




White Card (essential)
TC2 Ticket (highly regarded)
MR Licence (highly regarded)
Previous experience in civil construction or similar role (preferred)
Solid work ethic and reliability
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and following procedures
