Expected salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Com-Al Windows, based in Maddington, Western Australia are specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of commercial aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling systems.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
· supervising and overseeing construction on commercial building site
· complying with the company's and Principal Builder's health and safety requirements and communicating same to employees and subcontractors
· following protected work practices, particularly the requirements and the ongoing review of any Secure Work Methods Statements or Job Safety Analysis




· conducting toolbox and pre-start meetings
· conducting site inspection reports
· communicating and up-dating the Operations Manager
· day-to day problem solving
· inspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship
A successful candidate will have:
minimum 5 years' installation and fabrication experience in Commercial Windows and Facades
written and verbal communication skills with AutoCAD, ACONEX, Excel etc
· capacity to manage high stress situations
· ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
· leadership skills and ability to manage people
· attention to detail
· conflict resolution skills
· self-motivated
· ability to identify and build relationships with builders or clients site representatives and other site subcontractors
· to instruct, control and direct in office staff or subcontractors through in office attendance
· project review creating detailed reports
