We are looking for a practical and reliable Roofing & Property Maintenance Worker to assist with ongoing responsive maintenance and repair works across Adelaide, mainly in the northern and north-eastern suburbs.
The role is focused on smaller maintenance jobs, roof leak repairs, gutter and downpipe repairs, minor roof repairs, make-protected works and general property maintenance support.
The position would suit someone with roofing, roof tiling, roof plumbing, handyman, maintenance, carpentry or general building repair experience who is comfortable with varied day-to-day work.
Duties may include
Roof leak inspections and minor repairs
Tile roof repairs and refitting
Minor metal roof and flashing repairs
Gutter and downpipe repairs/replacement
Make-protected works
General roofing maintenance
Basic property maintenance support
Reporting on defects and required follow-up works
Taking photos and providing basic job notes
Working safely at heights and following site requirements




We are looking for someone who is
Practical, reliable and able to work safely
Experienced in roofing maintenance, repairs or general maintenance work
Comfortable with responsive maintenance work
Able to diagnose basic roof leaks and carry out suitable minor repairs
Neat, organised and respectful on occupied properties
Able to communicate clearly
Willing to work as part of a small growing team
Has own basic tools and transport preferred
Roofing, roof tiling, roof plumbing, carpentry or maintenance background
Working at Heights training preferred
Ability to work on tile and/or metal roofs
White Card
Driver's licence
Own tools and ute/vehicle preferred
