Sanctuary Recruitment are supporting one of our long standing clients to recruit for a Clinical Care Coordinator in one of their newly acquired homes.
As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will provide clinical leadership across the home, supporting a team of dedicated nurses and care staff while ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident-centred care.
Importantly, the service is currently preparing for accreditation under the recent Aged Care Quality Standards.
By the time the successful candidate commences, this process is expected to be complete, allowing you to step into a role with established foundations and focus on maintaining quality outcomes, supporting your team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
About You




Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator, or senior registered nurse within aged care
Sound understanding of aged care clinical governance and quality standards
Robust leadership and communication skills
Passion for delivering high-quality care and developing high-performing teams
