ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage a well-kept portfolio of around 130propertiesacross Perth.
Portfolio is predominately recent builds!
Meaning there is less maintaince and routine inspections!
Have support with Admin, Trust Accounting, Routine Inspections and PCR's.
Day-to-day portfolio management where your passion forcustomer serviceandclient carewill shine.
Enjoy support from an experienced and skilled Head of Department and Licensee.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3years experienceas a Property Manager.
CurrentProperty Management Registration & CPD points.
Tech-savvy with Property Tree experience highly regarded.




Qualified presentation with outstanding communication skills.
A people-person with a genuine desire to deliver thebest client experience.
Able to manage tasks independently while still being a true team player.
