We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Barista / Front of House team member to join our café.
The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent customer service, works well in a rapid-paced workplace, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages to café standards.
Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
Serve food and drinks efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café, dining area, and coffee station.
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Follow food safety, hygiene,



and workplace health and safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and café staff to ensure smooth service.
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate).
Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Able to work under pressure in a busy café environment.
Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays if required.
Valid Australian work rights.
