White Eagle House is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Supervisor/Attendant to join our venue, which features a Bistro, Function Room, TAB/Sportsbar and Gaming Room.
The RoleYou'll monitor and assist patrons on the gaming floor, process transactions and payouts, uphold responsible gaming and RSG/RSA standards, and help maintain a safe, welcoming venue.
Supervisors will also lead staff, manage cash reconciliation, and ensure compliance with club policies and gaming regulations.
What You'll Need
Previous experience in gaming or hospitality supervision
Current Victorian Gaming Licence
Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Experience with Ebet/Vault systems and knowledge of AML/CTF requirements (TAB experience a plus)
Strong communication skills and a calm, skilled manner
Flexibility to work across all 7 days/nights, including public holidays
